These terms govern use of the Integrity Tree Pro Services LLC website and its estimate-request features.
Acceptance and site use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may use the site only for lawful purposes, including learning about our services and requesting an estimate. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use site content in a misleading way.
Information and estimate requests
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to provide any address, contact details, service descriptions, and photos included with a request.
A website submission is only a request for contact or an estimate. It does not create a service contract, reserve an appointment, guarantee availability, or establish a final price. Work begins only after scope, price, scheduling, property access, and any other applicable terms are separately agreed to.
Tree-work conditions and outcomes
Tree work involves living organisms, changing site conditions, weather, hidden decay, underground or overhead utilities, and other factors that may not be visible before work begins. Information on this site is general and is not an arborist diagnosis, engineering advice, or a guarantee that a particular service is suitable for a property.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee a specific aesthetic, biological, growth, survival, safety, or property outcome from tree trimming, pruning, removal, stump work, storm cleanup, or related services. Any service-specific commitments must appear in the written scope agreed to for that job.
No emergency monitoring
The website and estimate form are not continuously monitored emergency channels. Emergency and storm damage response is a service category offered during our regular hours: Monday – Saturday · 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, utility lines, or public safety, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
Website content and availability
We try to keep site information accurate and available, but content may be incomplete, outdated, or temporarily unavailable. Service areas, schedules, prices, and offerings may change. Site content and branding are owned by or used with permission by Integrity Tree Pro Services LLC and may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on third-party hosting, storage, analytics, advertising, communications, maps, or linked websites. We do not control outside services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or independent terms and privacy practices.

By opting in through the chat widget on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Integrity Tree Pro Services about your estimate requests, appointments, job updates, review requests and occasional service announcements or offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties about uninterrupted access, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where the law does not permit such exclusions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrity Tree Pro Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. These website terms do not replace or limit obligations expressly accepted in a separate written service agreement, and they do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
